New Bayfront Summer Fitness Series at Balboa Bay Resort

Newport Beach’s premier waterfront retreat Balboa Bay Resort is excited to announce that they will be offering complimentary fitness classes to resort guests every Monday in partnership with local gym CAZ Training Club.

Resort guests can HIIT the ground running with three different classes held every Monday at 4 p.m., 5:15 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. on the breathtaking Bayfront Lawn! Classes focus on circuit training and move station to station through the perfect mix of cardio and strength training movements. Epic instructors, fresh programming, and beautiful views will push fitness fiends through their best workout ever.

Each class hosts up to 10 spots and will be held until 12 hours in advance of the class. Hotel guests must email info@caztrainingclub.com at least 12 hours in advance with their Hotel Reservation number to reserve a spot. Anyone wishing to take advantage of one week of free classes at the CAZ training studio can sign up on their website.

Golden Wings, Saucy Smash Burgers and more hit the table at 4th Street Market, DTSA

4th Street Market continues to allow Orange County’s innovative food creators and entrepreneurs to turn their culinary dreams into reality. One of the food hall’s most buzz-worthy concepts, The Golden Hot Fried Chicken, will be expanding its menu beyond fried chicken and bringing additional flavors to the table. Chef Oscar Gonzalez looks forward to evolving his concept into The Golden Eatery.

In addition to his previously most popular items (Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich, Loaded Fries, etc), visitors can expect Smash Burgers featuring his beloved Comeback Sauce, crispy wings, additional chicken sandwich varieties (Bourbon BBQ Sando, PB N’ Jelly Sando, Sweet Chili Sauce Sando, etc), and more.

Starting today, The Golden Eatery will be launching their new menu items (available Mondays-Wednesdays only) at 4th Street Market.

The Grand Re-Opening for this comfort-food-focused concept is slated for May 14th, 2022.
